Can you believe that we are ONLY six weeks out of Robie Creek?! Well, at this point it's not to late to tie up those running shoes and hit the road (or treadmill) and get to training, seriously. Below you'll see the last six weeks of MY plan. Remember, as you jump into this training, modify to what YOUR body needs, this is simply a guideline to get you as ready as possible for this race!
