Lili Hansen

About Lili:
Most likely, you’ll find Lili out on a trail or playing with her family. She’s built her career where fun, the outdoors, and exercise meet. Her love of movement began in the Marin Headlands, where she grew up running, later competing for Gonzaga’s Division I cross-country team. After college, she discovered the strength, balance, and confidence weightlifting adds—not just to running, but to everyday life.

In the gym, Lili’s motto is simple: prepare you to feel your best—on the slopes, on the trail, or on the playground. She values the time people spend in her classes and makes every session worth it with fun music, motivating energy, and workouts that are both challenging and engaging.
